Chetan founded AUM Ventures with a vision of supporting the Indian entrepreneurship ecosystem and build India’s reputation as a formidable venture capital destination.
His previous experience includes building an alternate investment portfolio of venture/startups for a large single family office. He created a global deal sourcing network, fund of fund program and led investments in 60+ startups across India (Smiles.ai, LenDenClub, ChargeZone, Waterfield advisors, Sharechat, Sourcewiz, Rapidbox, Cogos, etc), Israel (eToro, Immunai, Antidote, H2Pro, Arbe robotics, Binah.ai, Goarc, etc), GCC (Verofax, Altibbi) and the US (SpaceX, Rho banking, Shef, Capsule, Daily Harvest, etc).
Chetan has also been an angel investor himself with investments in 40+ startups and advising / mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs on financial efficiencies, GTM strategy, fundraising, etc.
Chetan also has two decades of advisory and consulting experience where he advised MNCs on restructuring of cross-border operations, M&As, IPO planning as well as providing strategic approach to complex issues.
